The MyChampion name, logo, interface, source code, and design assets belong to us and are protected under Vietnamese law.

Content you create — tournament names, team names, scores, logos, and cover images — remains yours. You grant MyChampion the right to store and display it for the purpose of running the service, such as showing it on a tournament's public page.

You are responsible for making sure the content you upload does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to post illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

You will not interfere with the system, access other users' data without authorization, or exploit bugs or features to avoid payment where the service is paid.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

MyChampion applies reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee 100% security.

We only share personal information when legally required by a competent authority, or where necessary to provide the service you requested.

Note that a tournament page set to public can be viewed or shared by anyone who has the link.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. MyChampion does not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, MyChampion is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

We may update, change, or discontinue part or all of the platform's features.

These terms may be revised over time. Updates will be posted on this page; your continued use means you accept the revised version.

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
